Trusted bycompliance teams
Features
Our AI-native document editor drafts new policies and procedures from what’s already in your workspace and suggests updates when things change, with you approving every edit.

Our library covers every framework we support, written to be usable rather than exhaustive. Edit templates into your own documents instead of starting from a blank page.

Every change is version controlled, with a full activity log of who changed what and when, so you can always show which version was in force at any point.

Set review dates and named approvers, route documents for review, and sign off with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant e-signatures, so you can show exactly who approved what, and when.

Assign policies and training to your team through the Staff Portal and track who has read, accepted and completed each one, giving you clear evidence that everyone knows the processes they need to follow.

Assuric’s AI can import your existing documents, and as part of onboarding we upload everything and map it to the right compliance tasks and frameworks.

Benefits
AI can draft new policies and procedures from what’s already in your workspace and suggest updates when things change, but nothing is published without your review and approval, so you stay in control of every document.
Yes, and most customers use a mix. During onboarding, Assuric’s AI imports the documents you already have and we map them to the frameworks they satisfy. AI can also update your templates or existing policies with new requirements and merge related policies into one, so templates are only needed for what’s genuinely missing.
Yes. You can manage Word and Google documents in Assuric instead of using our native editor if you prefer, and they still sit alongside the rest of your compliance work. They won’t have the native AI drafting and some of the other features of our built-in editor.
A controlled document has a named owner and approver, a review date and a version history, so you can prove which version was in force at any point. An uncontrolled document is just a file. Frameworks like ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 expect your policies and procedures to be controlled.
No. Draft edits stay separate until they go through review and approval, so the approved version in force is never altered by someone working on the next one.
Each document has a review date and an owner. Assuric reminds the owner by email, in-app or in Slack before it’s due, and flags anything overdue so nothing quietly lapses.
Part 11 is the FDA standard for electronic records and signatures. It matters if you’re selling a medical device into the US, or if a partner or auditor expects signatures that record the signer’s identity, their intent and the time of signing. Assuric provides Part 11 compliant e-signatures as standard.
Yes. Any document exports as a PDF or Word (.docx) file and any table as a spreadsheet, whenever you want, and we’ll export everything in one go if you’re offboarding.
